Bring the glucometers that you use

Bring your continuous glucose monitors and/or insulin pumps

Bring any recent blood work you may have done at your primary care visit or pediatric endocrinologist.

Please review your medications

Be prepared to declare your pharmacy of choice and the quantity and type of medications you will need.
