Montefiore Comprehensive Liver Program
Welcome to the Montefiore Comprehensive Liver Program. Based at Montefiore and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the Montefiore Comprehensive Liver Program is an innovative, integrated center for patients with liver disease. The Liver Program team includes top specialists in hepatology, oncology, surgery, radiology, psychiatry, pediatric gastroenterology, family medicine and translational research. Cutting-edge treatments for liver disease are available to patients, including advanced clinical trials and novel therapeutic approaches to complex problems.
The Liver Program has a multidisciplinary approach, which includes nutritional evaluation, family medicine, nursing and a full psychosocial support service. Now, patients and their referring doctors have one accessible model for any liver problem, including surgical issues, medical management, liver transplantation, liver oncology and pediatric liver disease.
