Offering a multidisciplinary team led by Dr. Shivani Agarwal and Michael Greenberg, NP, the SEAD program offers comprehensive and compassionate care designed for young adults with T1D.The SEAD program hosted an event for young adults with type 1 diabetes and their loved ones July 2019 at the Bronx Zoo, It centered on community building, explored daily stressors of living with T1D, and also introduced patients and families to advanced diabetes technology.
