Mother-Baby Unit, Einstein Campus

In the Mothers of Purl Program, nurses on the Mother-Baby Unit teach expectant mothers with high-risk pregnancies how to knit.  This program provides women on the unit with an enjoyable activity that helps them connect with each other, raises their spirits and often increases self-esteem through the mastery of a new skill.
