How To Apply to the Administrative Fellowship at Montefiore Einstein

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in the Administrative Fellowship Program at Montefiore Einstein must meet the following requirements:

• Be currently enrolled in a graduate program related to healthcare administration (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH, MHSA, MPA) at an accredited institution.
• Candidates must have an expected graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
• Demonstrate a strong foundational knowledge of healthcare operations, business management, finance, economics, human resources, and policy.
• Exhibit a deep interest in advancing Montefiore Einstein’s mission of healing, teaching, discovering, and improving the health of the communities we serve.

As a member of NCAF, our Administrative Fellowship program will accept applications directly through NCAF’s National Administrative Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS).

Interested applicants must submit the following materials:

• Resume
• Personal Statement
• Please include:
  • Your interest in healthcare management
  • Why you are pursuing an Administrative Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center
  • The goals you hope to achieve during the fellowship
• Three Letters of Recommendation
  • Professional and Academic
• Graduate School Transcript
• Undergraduate Transcript (unofficial copies are acceptable)

Key Dates for Administrative Fellowship Program at Montefiore Einstein

Montefiore Medical Center will follow the guidelines created by the National Council on Administrative Fellowships.

We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Applications received after September 26, 2025, will not be considered.
