About Our Program
OnTrackNY at Montefiore Einstein is a specialized, multidisciplinary treatment program serving adolescents and young adults between the ages of 16 and 30 with early psychosis. OnTrackNY supports the well-being of young people who are impacted by unexpected changes in their thinking and perceptions and who have been diagnosed with newly emergent non-affective psychotic disorders.
This team-based, intensive, evidence-based and recovery-oriented Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) Program is designed to empower young people to find meaning in their mental health experiences and to pursue their goals for school, work and personal and social relationships.
Licensed clinicians with extensive clinical expertise in all child, adolescent and adult behavioral healthcare areas provide treatment. These committed professionals include psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors and licensed creative arts therapists.
OnTrackNY is a specialty program offered through the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Einstein. Our team is dedicated to healing and recovery for those who are battling mental health disorders and addiction issues. We offer uniquely designed inpatient units, outpatient services, comprehensive emergency and crisis programs, psychiatric consultations for hospitalized patients and a full array of addiction treatment programs for children, adolescents and adults.
Our Services
Patients enrolled in OnTrackNY receive treatment from a team of experts who provide comprehensive, recovery-oriented services for up to two years. These services include individual and group psychotherapy, medication management, education and employment assistance, family support, peer services and other forms of support utilizing shared decision-making.
Principles of care are based on shared decision-making between the care team and patients, and all services provided are flexible and accessible to individuals who meet clinical admission criteria. The OnTrackNY team offers on- and off-site wrap-around services, including:

The OnTrackNY program at Montefiore Einstein is available on our main campus, Klau 1, in the Bronx. Prospective patients and family members can call 718-920-4295 to learn more about this and other programs available through our Moses Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Division.
Our programs are equipped to provide behavioral health services in person or via our Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant telehealth platform. Most insurance providers offer coverage for our services—please call to inquire. Additionally, multilingual or interpreter services may be available.
