About Our Program
The Montefiore Einstein Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Program offers rigorous, full-time postgraduate training designed to enhance the clinical knowledge and procedural expertise of physician assistants (PAs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) working in emergency medicine, while cultivating their leadership skills.
Our curriculum immerses novice advanced practice providers (APPs) in clinical experiences, comprehensive didactics and professional development opportunities, all within the expansive network of high-acuity settings of Montefiore Einstein. Our mission is to train highly skilled, compassionate and adaptable APPs in emergency medicine, preparing them to thrive in both academic and community emergency departments.
