Montefiore Einstein Cardio-Oncology focuses on monitoring, diagnosing and treating cardiac complications resulting from cancer therapies, as well as preventing and treating cardiovascular disease in cancer survivors. We are ranked in the top 1% of all U.S. hospitals for cardiology, heart & vascular surgery and cancer care by U.S. News & World Report. We work collaboratively with Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, which is among the elite 1% of NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers in the U.S.

Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, interventional cardiologists, arrhythmia experts, and heart failure specialists to offer comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular conditions associated with cancer therapies and to provide optimal and safe cancer treatment for patients who have, or are at risk of developing, heart disease.

Montefiore Einstein Cardio-Oncology uses some of the world’s most advanced cardiovascular imaging technology—including speckle tracking echocardiography; cardiac computed tomography; cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) and positron emission tomography (PET)—to detect cardiotoxicity at an early stage and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
