HIV Care / Clinical Excellence & Restoring Opportunity (CICERO)
Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) offers an integrated human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and primary care program at several locations. A team of professionals provides a range of support services in a confidential and community-based primary care setting to patients who are living with HIV/AIDS.
This program gives patients in the community access to medical treatment, education, counseling and other services in their own neighborhood. MMG also offers HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The program staff are multilingual, sensitive to each patient’s needs and coordinate excellent care for a diverse patient community.

All of our sites offer routine HIV testing.
