About Montefiore Medical Group Family Health Center
The Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Family Health Center provides a comprehensive range of primary and mental health care services for adults and children. To meet the unique needs of the Bronx community, we have designed a comprehensive suite of services that caters to patients of all races, genders, sexual orientations, income levels and immigration status.
