Advanced Clerkship
Students seeking a more intensive experience after the two-week clerkship can take part in our four-week advanced elective and concentrate in up to four different radiology subspecialties. Our students enjoy a tremendous amount of flexibility to suit their needs and future goals.
Subinternships
Elective rotations are also available in four-week blocks, where students have the opportunity to:
- Focus on a specific radiologic subspecialty to gain more advanced understanding in a specific area of interest.
- Work closely with the division head of their area of interest to customize a learning plan.
- Become more involved with procedures, research or exposure to a specific modality that they are interested in.
Subinternships are available in:
- Neurorradiología

- Imágenes musculoesqueléticas
- Ultrasonido
- Radiología pediátrica
- Radiología intervencionista
- Medicina nuclear
- Mamografía
