Psychology Internship Training Stipends & Benefits
For Internship Year 2026–2027
- As of July 1, 2026, the stipend is $55,000 per year.
- Twenty vacation days, 12 sick days, nine hospital holidays and up to five conference days
- Up to $2,000 conference support (requires approval from the director)
- An educational resource allowance of $500 can be used toward purchasing textbooks, software, PDA devices, iPhones, iPads, e-readers, payment of professional society membership dues, etc.
- Possibility for subsidized housing in Montefiore Einstein apartment buildings (Note: demand currently exceeds supply, so housing cannot be guaranteed.)
- Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, with a variety of program choices
- Interns are assigned a Montefiore Einstein (Microsoft Outlook) email address.
- Interns have full use of Montefiore Einstein and Albert Einstein College of Medicine libraries, including free interlibrary loans and online access to full-text journals, e-books and streaming videos.
- Interns can access our extensive audiovisual library of psychology training materials and digital audio and video recording equipment.
