Curriculum

The Gerren Joseph Faustini Administrative Fellowship Program offers a dual structure of rotational learning and project-based work. Fellows gain comprehensive exposure to healthcare operations by rotating through various departments across Montefiore Einstein, while also leading and supporting strategic initiatives that directly impact clinical efficiency, patient access, and revenue generation. This structure allows fellows to develop a well-rounded understanding of practice management while building critical skills in leadership, financial analysis, and operational improvement that contribute to the medical center’s overall performance.
