PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Montefiore Einstein’s postgraduate year one (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency Program builds on a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education to prepare pharmacists for clinical practice and board certification across a wide range of settings.
As the first pharmacy residency program established in New York City (1968), Montefiore Einstein has a long-standing tradition of excellence in postgraduate pharmacy training. The program is fully accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and led by Residency Program Director Toshiba Morgan-Joseph, BS, PharmD, BCPPS.
