For more than four decades, the Department of OG/GYN & Women's Health at Montefiore Medical Center has been at the forefront of women's healthcare.

We provide a full range of services at more than 20 convenient locations in the New York metropolitan area, responding to the physical, reproductive and mental health needs of women at all stages of their lives. Our expansive range of obstetric and gynecologic services includes:

• Annual pelvic exam
• Birth control, including condoms, birth control pills and patches, IUD, diaphragms, vaginal contraceptive rings, Norplant, Depo-Provera shots, tubal ligation and non-operative Essure
• Breast care and biopsy
• Colposcopy (vaginal examination)
• Emergency contraception (the "morning after" pill)
• HIV testing and treatment
• Mamografía
• PAP smear
• Treatment for urinary tract infections
• Treatment for sexually transmitted diseases
