Who We Serve:

Individuals 18 years old and above who have an opioid use disorder.

Services Provided:

Methadone treatment, individual and group counseling, primary care, mental health services including psychiatry and psychotherapy, nutritional services, vocational/educational services for individuals 18 and older.

Exclusion Criteria:

Acute need for higher level of care (e.g. inpatient detox/rehab, inpatient psychiatric treatment).

Language Services:

English, Spanish.
