PRIMARY CARE BUPRENORPHINE TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Location: 6 Montefiore Medical Group health centers across the Bronx

Who We Serve:

Adults aged 18 years and older who have an opioid use disorder, or who have a history of opioid use disorder and would like to prevent relapse.

Services Provided:

Primary care, Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) treatment, Overdose Prevention Program (free services along with Narcan Kit), mental health services including psychotherapy and psychiatry.

Exclusion Criteria:

Individuals in need of inpatient detoxification who are unable to adhere to outpatient appointments.

Language Services:

English, Spanish, other languages available by phone interpreter.
