Moses Child Outpatient Psychiatry Division

The Moses Child Outpatient Psychiatry Division at Montefiore Einstein provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art treatment for a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions in children and adolescents aged 4 years and older. Compassionate, evidence-based care is delivered by licensed professionals and clinicians with extensive clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating various mental and behavioral health conditions. Our program provides specialized patient- and family-centered treatment for a range of emotional and behavioral problems, including adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), conduct disorders and depressive disorders.

Our patient-centered, psychiatric clinical care team of professionals includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors and trainees. Team members of the child outpatient Program recognize the unique psychological challenges that children and adolescents face, and our treatment reflects that understanding. Targets of treatment include but are not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression and trauma. Individual psychotherapy, group therapy and medication management are among the primary treatment approaches offered.

The Moses Child Outpatient Psychiatry Division is a community-based health center primarily serving the Bronx and Westchester County.
