Cancer Research Education & Training
Our Cancer Center joins clinical care and academic research and allows for the translation of novel and leading-edge scientific discoveries into improved clinical outcomes and new life-saving treatments. Einstein Discover Research Program

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
The Center for Continuing Professional Development (CCPD) administers one of the largest medical school-based continuing medical education (CME) programs in the New York region. We offer in-person and virtual cancer-focused CME learning opportunities.
Tumor Boards
At Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, our multidisciplinary model provides quicker, more accurate diagnoses, resulting in unique and personalized treatment plans. Teams from across our NCI-designated Cancer Center—from surgeons to cancer-trained dietitians—regularly gather in meetings we call tumor boards. During these meetings we discuss patient cases, develop treatment plans and recommend available clinical trials. Our tumor boards also offer excellent learning opportunities for residents and fellows to see how collaboration can advance comprehensive cancer care.
