About Montefiore Medical Group Family Health & Wellness Center
The Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Family Health and Wellness Center provides a comprehensive range of primary and mental healthcare services for adults and children. We recognize the unique needs of our diverse Westchester County community and provide a broad array of services for patients.

The following transit lines have routes that pass near the MMG Family Health and Wellness Center:
Take the Inter-City Rail Harlem-North White Plains line to Mount Vernon West.
Take the Bee-Line Bus #7 to Stevens Avenue-North 10th Avenue or the #42 to West 1st Street-South 8th Avenue.
The MMG Family Health and Wellness Center is accessible via the Hutchinson River Parkway and Bronx River Parkway. Free parking is available on-site.
