Program Overview
Montefiore Medical Group’s (MMG) Project Bravo Food Pantry is a community-based, hospital-driven volunteer outreach program established in 2005. Aimed at combating food insecurity for high-risk individuals and families in the Bronx.
Our clinics actively screen patients for social factors that impact health and wellness, including addressing the high rates of HIV among high-risk families and younger community members. Project Bravo is open to all members of the Bronx community without ZIP code restrictions.
