Many of our primary care practices offer on-site or co-located imaging, blood draws and lab work, behavioral health services, vaccinations, internal medicine and pediatrics to serve adults, seniors and children. These on-site services save you time and ensure easy access to the care you need.
Labs & Blood Draw (Phlebotomy)
Lab services, including blood draws or collection of urine or stool specimens, are available at the time of your visit, allowing you to conveniently have your testing needs taken care of at the same time you see the provider.
Imaging Services/Radiology
Once your Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) provider determines that you need an X-ray or other imaging study, you can schedule an appointment at any of our conveniently located imaging centers.
Vaccinations
MMG administers routine childhood immunizations at all our sites by a team of experienced nurses dedicated to caring for children. Contact one of our locations for a complete list of routine or travel-related vaccines.
Behavioral Health
Montefiore Medical Group integrates the Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP) into primary care practices to provide short-term, evidence-based interventions that support the mental health of our patients and families across the lifespan. BHIP is the first program of its kind and serves as a model for other primary healthcare systems throughout the United States.
HIV Care/Clinical Excellence & Restoring Opportunity (CICERO)
Our team of professionals provides a range of integrated support services in a confidential and community-based primary care setting for patients who are living with HIV/AIDS.
Pediatrics
At each MMG location, we tailor our pediatric services to meet the unique physical, emotional and social needs of infants, children and adolescents with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that addresses their health and well-being during every critical development period.
Women’s Health
Our women’s health providers offer a full range of care and education for women throughout their lives, including routine exams, comprehensive family planning and prenatal care, and referrals for preventative services.
Senior Care
MMG senior care services are available through primary care providers who work closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts to promote healthy aging, maximize independence and enhance the overall quality of life for older adults.
