About Montefiore Medical Group Greene Medical Arts Pavilion
At Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Greene Medical Arts Pavilion, we provide primary and mental health care for adults and children. By Subway
Take the #4 train to Mosholu Parkway Station or the D train to 205th Street (last stop). Please follow the signs to 206th Street and Bainbridge.
By Bus
Take the BX1 bus and get off at Jerome Avenue and 210th Street.
The BX10, BX16, BX28, BX30 and BX34 buses stop directly in front of MMG Greene Medical Arts Pavilion.
Take the BX10 or BX28 to Jerome Avenue.
