Recognizing that Montefiore Einstein’s most valued asset is a healthy, caring and committed workforce, and that in caring for others, we also need to care for ourselves and others in our workforce. HealthyME! aims to promote a worksite culture that supports the physical and mental wellbeing of our associates, and encourages them to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Sharecare: our digital wellness platform and app where you can access personalized programs, tools, and resources for your wellbeing journey.

Fitness Initiatives, including discounted gym memberships across the tri-state area  and other virtual and local physical wellbeing opportunities.

Nutrition Support, including confidential 1:1 nutrition-focused counseling, nutrition workshops, discounted Weight Watchers memberships, and diabetes prevention/management programs.
Creative Wellness, including confidential 1:1 consultations and team workshops with a licensed creative arts therapist that utilize art making, expressive writing, breathwork and other supportive therapeutic processes to address wellbeing goals.
Supportive Wellness, including confidential appointments with a licensed psychologist for stress management consultations, coaching for health behavior goals, and experiential group programming.
Care Guidance, a free, confidential and voluntary program providing Personal Health Nurse telephonic support to eligible associates related to physical and emotional health, care coordination and benefit-related inquiries.
System-wide Happenings, including the monthly newsletter with upcoming workshops and events, and connections to external resources such as EAP, financial wellbeing, parental support, and more.
