Rebecca Williams, MD, MHPE , FAAFP, is Director, Maternity Services and Assistant Professor at Montefiore Einstein. Dr. Williams has more than three decades of experience caring for underserved populations as a family physician, with a particular focus in care for women and children.
After completing her undergraduate education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She began her postgraduate training in Wisconsin with an internship at Southeastern Family Practice, followed by a residency at Appleton Family Practice.
Dr. Williams is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
