About
Paul Gerardi, MD, FACC, is Attending Physician at Montefiore and Assistant Professor at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His clinical focus is in general cardiology, nuclear cardiology and preventive cardiology, as well as nutrition and exercise.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science from Fordham College in 1981, Dr. Gerardi attended Tufts University School of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 1985. He pursued his postdoctoral training with North Shore University Hospital, completing an internship in medicine in 1986, followed by a two-year residency in medicine in 1988 and a two-year fellowship in cardiology in 1990.
Dr. Gerardi’s research on clinical cardiology has been published in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Gerardi is board certified and is a member of several professional societies, including the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.
