John S. Futchko, MD, is a Vascular Surgeon at Montefiore and Assistant Professor of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Futchko received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He later completed his residency in integrated vascular surgery at Montefiore-Einstein.
Dr. Futchko specializes in open and advanced endovascular surgery in the management of vascular disease and vascular access. He has authored many peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and presented at multiple national conferences. His research interests include revascularization for critical limb ischemia, dialysis access and vascular trauma.
