Diana Bronshteyn, PsyD, is Clinical Neuropsychologist at Montefiore. Dr. Bronshteyn brings a comprehensive understanding of various neurocognitive and neurodegenerative conditions to assess the neurologically, medically, and psychologically complex patient population. She focuses on adult and geriatric populations with a range of known and suspected conditions and cognitive impairments including traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular abnormalities, MCI, Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy Body disease, vascular dementia, and Parkinson’s disease, among others.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2007 from Bernard Baruch College, City University of New York, Dr. Bronshteyn attended Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University-Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She earned her Master of Arts in clinical psychology with a concentration on neuropsychology in 2011, followed by her Doctor of Psychology in the same discipline at the same institution in 2013.
Dr. Bronshteyn’s research focuses on the depressive symptoms and functional impairment in Russian immigrant older adults. Her work has been shared through poster presentations at research conferences.
