Carly S. Schwartz

Carly Schwartz, MD, is Attending Physician in Emergency Radiology at Montefiore and Assistant Professor at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Her clinical focus is on emergency radiology and neuroradiology.

Dr. Schwartz earned her Bachelor of Science at Cornell University in 2008. In 2012, she received her Master of Public Health at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center School of Public Health, followed by her Doctor of Medicine at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 2013. Her postdoctoral training began in 2013 with an internship in Internal Medicine at Montefiore, Wakefield Campus until 2014, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 2014 to 2018. She completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia Campus in 2019.

Dr. Schwartz is a member of the American College of Radiology and the American Society of Neuroradiology. She has been a member of the Montefiore Medical Center chapter of RAD-AID International, a US-based nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to improving access to medical imaging and radiological services in developing countries.
