The 1825 Eastchester Road ED entrance is on the south side of the hospital.
Pediatric Emergency Department, CHAM
The entrance is at 3415 Bainbridge Avenue at Gun Hill Road. When coming to the ED, please bring X-rays or lab test results from other hospitals or clinics relating to your child’s current illness (if available); your child’s immunization history; your child’s regular physician’s name and phone number, and information about any chronic illness or condition that your child may have.
