Helping Hands Program
The Helping Hands Program at Montefiore Einstein offers patients guidance in all aspects of their transplant surgery. Our Helping Hands multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, nutritionists, social workers, and administrators is committed to helping patients navigate their entire journey.
