Jeffrey Nafash, MB BCh BAO, MPH, is an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Nafash’s clinical interests include general pediatric cardiology, echocardiography, inpatient consults and hospital cardiology.
After obtaining his Master of Public Health at Thomas Jefferson University in 2014, Dr. Nafash earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Obstetrics at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Dublin, Ireland in 2016. He completed his pediatric residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in 2019, followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in 2023.
Dr. Nafash’s research aligns with his clinical focus. His work has been published in the Journal of Education and Teaching Emergency Medicine and Neonatology Today. He has also shared his work through numerous posters and oral presentations.
Dr. Nafash is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy ofPediatrics (AAP) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC).
