John E. Rogener, MD, is an attending physician and Assistant Professor, Radiology at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical focus centers on arterial interventions and embolization, a minimally invasive procedure in which blood vessels are blocked to treat tumors, stop arterial bleeding, shrink vascular malformations or re-direct flow.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science in human development from Cornell University in 2011, Dr. Rogener earned his Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College in 2017. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Greenwich Hospital in 2018 before completing a diagnostic radiology residency at New York University in 2022. Dr. Rogener has remained at this institution to complete an Independent Interventional Radiology residency.
Dr. Rogener is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America.
