Cheryl Archbald, MD, MPH, is Medical Director, Pediatrics at Wakefield Ambulatory Care Center, Montefiore Einstein. Her clinical focus is on the delivery of comprehensive primary care for infants, children and adolescents.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Harvard University in 1990, Dr. Archbald attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 1994. She completed her pediatrics residency at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 1994. Dr. Archbald then continued her education at Columbia University School of Public Health, completing her Masters in Public Health and an additional residency in preventive medicine at the New York City Department of Health in 1999.

Dr. Archbald is board certified in Pediatrics and has over 20 years of clinical experience working in the areas of pediatrics, preventive medicine, and public health, with areas of interest including chronic disease prevention, reducing health disparities, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
