Kristina Michele Maselli, MD, is an attending neurologist at Montefiore Einstein. Her aclinical focus centers on headache disorders and sleep-wake disorders.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in neuroscience at Muhlenberg College in 2010, Dr. Maselli earned her Doctor of Medicine at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies in 2017. She completed her internal medicine preliminary year in 2018 and her neurology residency in 2021 at New York Medical College – Westchester Medical Center. Following this, Dr. Maselli came to Montefiore Einstein to complete a sleep medicine fellowship in 2022 and a headache fellowship in 2023.
Dr. Maselli's research focuses on the complex relationship between sleep and headache. Her work has been published in many peer-reviewed journals and she has given several oral presentations.
Dr. Maselli is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American Headache Society.
