In advance of coming in for your visit, we ask that you please call 718-920-LUNG (5864) for any information you might need ahead of your appointment. All appointments are seen at the Greene Medical Arts Pavilion.

Seeing most patients within just one to two weeks after referral, our mission is to reach as many individuals suffering from chronic lung diseases as possible and offer them an improved, healthier life. By building bridges and expanding our reach, we aim to bring advanced lung care to everyone.

What sets our Comprehensive Lung Program apart is its holistic one-stop approach, where we treat each individual patient from a team standpoint. Our physicians are trained in all pathologies of the lung, from medical therapy to advanced surgical interventions, including transplants. Through our unique multidisciplinary approach, we address lung issues simultaneously, enhancing overall health. Unlike other programs, we eliminate delays by evaluating patients for all potential treatments, facilitating faster and more effective care.

To assist us in serving our patients’ needs, we offer telehealth appointments by phone or doctor video visits through the Montefiore MyChart app. Your doctor and care team can advise whether a telehealth or video visit is appropriate.
