Our anesthesiologists are trained in a range of sub-specialties including pediatric anesthesia, adult cardiothoracic anesthesia, neuroanesthesia, regional anesthesia, and transplant anesthesia. The Montefiore Einstein Center for Transplantation is one of the most active and successful programs in the country and has gathered an exceptional group of adult and pediatric anesthesiologists who work closely with transplant surgeons throughout the perioperative period.
At Montefiore Einstein’s Moses Campus, our team of anesthesiologists manages the Perioperative Medicine Clinic, preparing patients for surgery and providing the highest quality care during surgery and through post-operative recovery. Our anesthesiologists use the latest anesthetic techniques, placing patients’ needs as the highest priority. As a teaching hospital, our attending physicians mentor anesthesiology residents and fellows in addition to conducting clinical research that allows us to provide innovative, patient-centric care.
