Montefiore Einstein Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)
Residency Overview
At the Montefiore Einstein Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Residency program, residents train on four affiliated campuses, providing care for a range of conditions from acute to chronic in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
The program includes extensive training in all aspects of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), utilizing the core competencies of patient care, medical knowledge, practice-based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communications skills, professionalism, and system-based practice. Each site and rotation provides residents with unique training specific to the strengths of the clinical facility and institutional resources.
Surgical experience, medical knowledge, and clinical judgment are carefully monitored to assure optimum training for each resident. The overall surgical experience for each resident, as they progress from year to year, is described below. The specific surgical and clinic experience differs from one site to the other while retaining the same educational core.
