The Magnet Recognition Program® honors healthcare organizations that demonstrate exceptional nursing practice, exemplary patient care and superior clinical outcomes. Our Wakefield Campus is proud to be the first Magnet®-designated hospital in the Bronx, and along with Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, and White Plains Hospital, are among the fewer than 10% of hospitals nationwide to earn this prestigious status.

The Pathway to Excellence® designation recognizes organizations that create a supportive, collaborative and empowering environment for nurses.
