Joe Wilson is the Vice President of Supply Chain Services for Montefiore Einstein Health System. As the leader of Supply Chain Services, Joe oversees the entire supply chain management services to align with the health system’s growth and initiatives. Throughout his 25-year career in the healthcare sector, he has successfully transformed supply chain as a key strategic vertical within an organization to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Since joining Montefiore Einstein in June 2023, Joe has been responsible for advancing supply chain to a centralized and resilient function within P2P operations, strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain risk mitigation through close partnerships with clinical and business service lines.

Prior to joining Montefiore Einstein, Joe was the Senior Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain Services at New York City Health + Hospitals, the nation’s largest municipal IDN with more than $7.7 billion in revenue. In this role he was responsible for all strategic sourcing and contracting activities including oversight of the clinical managed services as well as the 340B HRSA contract pharmacy program. Before his time with NYC Health + Hospitals he served for several years in the supply chain of NYU Langone Medical Center.
