Support our community programs and contribute to their far-reaching impact.
The Bronx is home to vivacious, resilient neighborhoods that are chronically underserved and burdened by health challenges that could be prevented. At Montefiore Einstein, the community is the source of our strength and serves as the basis for more adaptive, inclusive and comprehensive models of healthcare.
Today we maintain a variety of programs that target issues with far-reaching impact, such as preventing chronic illness with screenings and education, improving access to healthcare and quality food, supporting patients and families, and investing in local development.
These initiatives, which include the Community Health Worker Institute, ECHO free health clinic, Project BRAVO food pantry, and Montefiore School Health Program, among many others, contribute significantly to the revitalization of The Bronx and the wellbeing of the residents who live in it. We aim to sustain, expand and diversify these programs to meet the growing and evolving needs of those whom we serve.
As we look to the future, we are energized by the possibilities and humbled by the trust that our community has placed in us. Your support makes all the difference—for them and for us.
