Haiku-Canto Configuration

Please follow the steps below for Haiku or Canto Activation: 

  1. Ensure you have Haiku / Canto installed on your device from mobile apps store (App Store, Google Play Store) or corporate app stores (App Catalog, Comp Portal).
  2. From your mobile device, click the appropriate button for the app you are installing (Haiku or Canto). After selecting the app, you will be redirected to Haiku / Canto on your device.
  3. Login to Haiku / Canto and ensure you get the error message "Device not yet registered..". This is the expected message. Please allow one business day for the approval of your device. You will be informed of activation via an InBasket message.
