How to Apply

Applicants for a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center (Wakefield Campus) are encouraged to:

Apply through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), utilizing the ERAS application process. Any applicants who missed the MATCH Rank Order List deadline, and are still interested, are encouraged to directly contact the program site for fellowship positions that are not filled through the MATCH. Often, fellowship positions are still available.

Applicants may now submit a detailed current CV to T.S. Dharmarajan, MD, at the address provided below, along with copies of USMLE score reports, medical school diploma and transcript, residency training, valid ECFMG certificate, proof of visa/citizenship, two passport-size photographs and three letters of recommendation (one must be from the program director).
