The Montefiore Einstein Community Team unites the Office of Community Affairs and the Office of Community and Population Health (OCPH) in a shared purpose: to enhance justice, equity, prosperity and well-being across our communities. By understanding the social factors that affect health—like housing and employment—we inform our initiatives and offer targeted health programs. Together, these offices collaborate to enact meaningful, lasting change.

Named to honor the passion and commitment of former Director of the Office of Community Affairs Dennis Gardner, our group is a network of representatives from different areas across Montefiore Einstein. We work in collaboration, joining together various departments to fulfill the needs of the community. Defined by our diverse perspectives, wealth of knowledge and access to resources, the Dennis Gardner Community Relations Team endeavors to develop genuine, helpful connections with local residents.
