We are looking for donations for our annual Candy Exchange event so that we can provide toys and education to all who attend!
WHEN: November 2nd, 2015 from 3:30-6pm
WHERE: The Grand Hall, Montefiore Medical Center
Enter through the main entrance on Gun Hill Road.

WHAT: A Halloween party hosted by the Division of Pediatric Diabetes for children with diabetes and their families.
Wear your costume and bring your trick-or-treating candy to trade it in for a toy!
?
WHY: Fun activities, healthy snacks, diabetes education, a chance to meet other families and to kick-off diabetes month with an activity that will help you and your family lead healthy lives!
