Leadership

Tanya Holcomb is the Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer of Montefiore Einstein, and she oversees the operation of Legal Affairs, Compliance, Audit Services and Risk Management functions. 

Ms. Holcomb brings a wealth of expertise and broad-based leadership experience to the organization. Prior to joining Montefiore Einstein as Deputy General Counsel, Audit Services, she was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., one of the largest national home health care providers in the country. In this role, she served as principal legal advisor to the Board, CEO and executive team providing strategic guidance on transactions, litigation, investigations, compliance and risk management matters. Prior to BAYADA, Ms. Holcomb was Vice President & General Counsel of Global Litigation for Honeywell International Inc., Senior Counsel for BASF Corporation and an Associate with the Gibbons Law Firm. 

Ms. Holcomb earned her undergraduate degree from the City University of New York at Queens College and law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
