Matt Kose is the Category Manager of Perioperative Services within the Strategic Sourcing department. This role comprises: negotiation and management of contracts for Perioperative Services at the strategic and tactical levels, overseeing the business aspects of Surgical Value Analysis, and managing the compliance of certain Health System-wide contracts within the category.

Mr. Kose has vast experience in building, running, and monitoring supply chain networks with multi-national peers. After receiving his BSc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Kose ‘s 25-year career spanned various project management and supply chain management positions within healthcare. This experience enabled him to develop a result-oriented approach while building hands-on experience in establishing relationships with various departments and business units across organizations.
