Montefiore Einstein Orthopedics is proud to announce that Courtney Matlach, our Residency Program Coordinator, has been awarded the prestigious Coordinator of the Year Award by the American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD). The honor was presented on February 13, 2025 at the AOA’s CORD Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

The award recognizes exceptional program coordinators who go above and beyond in their efforts to support orthopedic residency programs. Matlach was nominated by colleagues and recognized by orthopedic program directors and coordinators from across the country for her unwavering dedication, organizational excellence, and commitment to resident success.
