AAOS 2025: Advancing Research, Education, and Collaboration

Body

From March 10-14, 2025, our department proudly represented Montefiore Einstein at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA. Our faculty, residents, and alumni gathered to present groundbreaking research, lead discussions, and strengthen connections within the orthopedic community.

Our team made a significant impact at the conference through a robust lineup of presentations and educational contributions, including:

  • 7 ePosters
  • 5 paper presentations
  • 4 poster presentations
  • 1 instructional course lecture (ICL) by Dr. Mani Kahn

Beyond the research and academic contributions, AAOS 2025 provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with alumni, foster new collaborations, and engage with peers from across the field. Attendees also enjoyed meeting Skeletoni, the official AAOS mascot, adding a fun and memorable touch to the conference experience.

"The AAOS Annual Meeting is always a highlight of the year," said Dr. Mani Kahn. "It’s an opportunity to not only share our latest research and expertise but also to collaborate, learn, and help shape the future of orthopedic surgery."

Montefiore Einstein Orthopedics remains committed to advancing the field through research, education, and mentorship. We look forward to building on the momentum from this year’s meeting.

See you at AAOS 2026!
